Please note that this excludes Clearance, Flash Deals price reductions, or items outside the 30 days guarantee time-frame. Additionally, this policy does not apply to any bundle sales ('Buy Together' sales).

The item must be an identical item, including the same brand name, size, weight, color, quantity, and model number.
You must purchase the item from our website before requesting your Price Match Guarantee.
The item must be in stock on our website upon requesting Price Match.

30-Day Returns

* Eligible items must be new, unused, and returned within 30 days of receipt with valid proof of purchase.

Key Return Scenarios

1. Quality Issues / Shipping Damage: Report within 2 days to receive a free refund, replacement, or repair.

2. Wrong or Missing Items: Report within 7 days. We will verify and either resend the correct items, issue a refund, or offer an exchange.

3. Incorrect Shipping Address: Submit at any time. We can assist with reshipping or process a refund. Customers cover redelivery costs or a 25% restocking fee if the item is returned.

4. Buyer’s Remorse: Items can be returned within 30 days for a refund or exchange, subject to inspection. Applicable fees:

  • Customers cover return delivery costs
  • 20% restocking fee for non-defective returns (currently waived for all customers)
  • $59 repackaging fee (waived if original packaging is intact)

  • All orders over $50 USD enjoy FREE SHIPPING with delivery to an address within the 48 contiguous states & most of Canada. Shipping on orders under $50 is $7 USD. Depending on size and contents parcels ship via UPS, USPS, FedEx or DHL.

2. Shipping Time

  • If your order includes IN STOCK items, this means it’s in our warehouse and is now processing and will ship out within the next 1-3 business days.
  • If your order includes BACK-TO-STOCK items, this means it is in stock with the manufacturer and will begin processing ASAP. The estimated processing time is around 6-10 weeks, according to situations. Specific processing times are listed on each product.
  • For all other items, please refer to the lead times listed on the product page.

  • We strive to provide a smooth shopping experience. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange the item within 30 days of purchase. Please retain the original packaging, and ensure the item is unused and unassembled.

Do You Provide Free Shipping?

Yes, we do provide FREE EXPRESS SHIPPING for all orders over $50, essentially most of our products except for some decor items.

Most orders are processed within 1-2 business days and delivered within 5-10 business days depending on your location. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships.

All of our furniture ship directly from our warehouse in California or Texas, USA. Other products might ship from other warehouses in US or Canada.

What is your return policy?

We offer returns for most items within 30 days of delivery whenever you are not satisfied with the product or change your mind. Items must be in their original condition and packaging.

We will pay for the return or exchange cost if quality issues are involved. If you're returning or exchanging the item because you changed your mind, customers are responsible for the return shipping cost.
